Choose Sosúa or Cabarete—not only “Puerto Plata”
Gregorio Luperón International Airport is located near Sosúa on the north coast. Central Sosúa is commonly around 10–15 minutes from POP, while Cabarete is farther east and often requires roughly 25–35 minutes. Traffic, weather, and the exact lodging entrance can change both estimates.
The current transfer catalog treats Puerto Plata, Sosúa, and Cabarete as separate destination zones. Select the actual town and provide the full lodging name. A Puerto Plata city or Playa Dorada price should not be assumed to cover Sosúa or Cabarete.
Sosúa arrival details
Sosúa includes hotels, hillside villas, gated residential communities, and apartments. Provide the property name, sector, map link, and any gate instructions. Residencial Casa Linda is one example of a mapped Sosúa location in the current catalog.
Cabarete lodging and sports equipment
Cabarete accommodations extend along the main coastal road and into smaller side streets. Travelers may also carry kiteboards, surfboards, or other water-sports equipment. Declare the number and approximate size of large items before the vehicle is confirmed; standard passenger capacity does not guarantee the necessary cargo space.
Night arrivals and property access
Confirm that the hotel, rental host, or security gate can receive you at the expected time. Share any key-collection or late-arrival instructions. Use a phone that works after landing so the driver and dispatch can coordinate if needed.
