For a new transfer request, include the pickup location, destination, service date, pickup time, passenger count, and whether you need one-way or round-trip service. Airport requests should also include the airline and flight number.
For an existing reservation, include the lead passenger’s name and booking reference. Avoid sending payment-card numbers through WhatsApp or email.
